About the author:
Paul Isaacson, an instructor on survival techniques, received his experience and training form arctic survival school in the military, while training youth in a wilderness survival program as well as through Scouting. Paul applied his outdoor skills in weather ranging from 57 degrees below zero during winter months to over 110 degrees in summer, without the advantage of costly high-tech equipment available today. He developed inexpensive yet very effective ways in which to live comfortably and enjoy the challenges of the sometimes unpredictable outdoors.
